• 1. How does the website work?

  Our website gives you all the relevant information in a simple way on India & its main tourist destinations than any other sites offering tours to India. While going through the various pages on our website you will find information in detail of destinations you can visit through us.
  
  You can submit your Tour Enquiry from the relevant tour page after your tour search is completed. You can also combine various tours or inform us to make changes to planned independent tour itinerary.

• 2. How to process a Tailor-made tour request?

  You can process your Tailor-made tour request through Contact Us form on our website. After we receive your request for a Tailor-made tour, we will contact you by phone or email to discuss your travel plans before preparing your custom itinerary as per your preferences.
  
  Once the itinerary and other details are approved by you in the package tours, and you pay the deposit or payment, your reservations are confirmed.

• 3. What happens if I change my booking?

  You can request for a change through Contact Us form on our website or communication through your registered email in our records. Changes in your Tour package can be done at the sole discretion of Elegant Journeys, once travel logistics are worked out.

• 4. If I want to cancel my travel plans?

  If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel the Tour, the cancellation request will be considered valid if it is processed online on our website using Contact form or communication through your registered email in our records.
  
  On receiving your request for cancellation, we will contact you to confirm cancellation request. After confirmation we will process your refund amount within four weeks as per terms mentioned in the Refund section in Terms and Conditions.

• 5. How does my trip to India start and work?

  You are greeted and received at your choice of location (Airport or Railway station). From there on your requirements become a priority for our staff. They deliver the amount of attention you have asked for, and you are always free to change your preferences.
  
  Local sightseeing is conducted in comfortable air conditioned vehicles.
  
  Our Private tours are designed quite flexible hence provide you with an option to decide what you want to do and what you don’t. We provide excellent and conversant guides during your visits. Your land costs include all current government taxes for these tours. After the completion of your trip, at the end we provide you a vehicle to drop you at the choice of location (airport or hotel).
